2015

Company founded

B.I.C. GmbH is established in Germany with the goal of digitizing queue management.

2017

cleverQ launches

The production environment goes live and the cleverQ brand is registered.

2020

2022

New headquarters

The company moves into its headquarters in Großenaspe, Schleswig-Holstein.

2025

U.S. expansion

cleverQ Inc. is founded in Miami as the U.S. subsidiary of B.I.C. GmbH. The company strengthens its North American strategy through partnerships and industry networks including BlueStar and RSPA.

Scaling the organization
