Web App

After scanning a QR code, users are placed in the digital queue. Their ticket number stays the same, the current position updates in real time and the interface is multilingual.

Smart Ticket Controls

You can forward, pause or close e-tickets in the cleverQ web app. The individual ticket number always remains the same.

SMS feature

With the “Activate SMS notification” button, the entire queuing process can be managed via SMS at the user’s request.

Call up

The call is triggered with a single click, notifying the user in real time via push notification. Essential details, like the location they need to go to, are displayed at the time of the call.

Cancel ticket

Appointments booked with cleverQ can be added to the Digital Wallet with a single tap. No more searching through emails for confirmations. Manage, modify or cancel appointments on your smartphone and enjoy fast on site check in.

Booking via QR codes

e Tickets and appointments can be booked in the app by scanning a QR code. A quick scan places users in the digital queue and saves the ticket in the wallet. Appointments booked this way are added instantly with all essential details and the verification code.

e-Tickets

After booking an e-ticket, all important information is available at a glance. Ticket number, position in the queue and the option to cancel the ticket.

Favorites

Users can scan a QR code from a store or public office, whether on site or on their website, and save it as a favorite in the app. Future appointments can then be booked directly from the favorites list, with multiple favorites managed conveniently in one place.
